Guest speakers:
Our event will be like an organized trip to the grocery store. By following the store?s layout, our guests will be able to see everything available in the Art Market. Our hope is that after venturing through the entire store, students will want to check out a career in the visual arts. Think of our guest speakers as an amuse bouche! We will have just the right variety of elements (from WVU students, alumni, and faculty, to artists practicing locally and far away) to tickle your student?s developing tastes!
Jamie Lester
Have you seen the West Virginia state quarter with the New River Gorge bridge on the back? Well, that bridge is a tiny relief sculpture and this is the guy who created it! Cool, huh? He?ll also show examples of other works and talk about how he came to be a renowned sculptor.

She is now a full-time ceramic artist who sells her work to over 80 galleries, collectors and designers throughout the U.S. and abroad.
